Product Introduction
Nano fireproof fabric, also known as nano flame-retardant canvas specially designed for central air conditioning, is a flexible connection accessory for the inlet and outlet of central air conditioning. It is used for noise reduction and noise reduction of fans and for thermal compensation of fan ducts and pipe deformation. It features non-toxicity, odorlessness, fire resistance, water resistance, anti-condensation, anti-mold, and airtightness. During use, it can prevent the accumulation of cold and hot air in the ceiling, thus avoiding energy waste. The specifications can be customized. Installation Instructions
1. Before installation, the flanges should be welded vertically (Note: the water line surface of the flange should face outward, and the installation distance of the rubber flexible connection should be reserved between the flanges).
2. Use fasteners to connect the flanges at both ends of the rubber flexible connection to the flanges at the pipe ends. (Note: Press the nuts in parallel diagonally in sequence and do not press them off-center.)
3. After installation, conduct a hydraulic test on the rubber flexible connection. After the water pressure test and weighing, use the method in step 2 to tighten the connecting bolts in sequence again to prevent local leakage.
