Product introduction
This product is a product successfully developed by our company in accordance with the national standard GB14907-2018. It is suitable for spraying on the surface of steel structures to form an insulating and fireproof layer, providing insulation protection for them in case of fire. It features convenient and fast construction, strong coating adhesion, high mechanical strength, long fire resistance limit time, and stable and reliable fire resistance performance.
Scope of application
It is applicable to fire protection projects of indoor load-bearing steel structure buildings, such as factories, warehouses, sports venues, stations, terminals, petrochemicals, large buildings and other indoor steel structure buildings.
Construction technology
1. Spraying is the main method, but a combination of troweling and spray-troweling can also be adopted.
2. Base material treatment: Before construction, thoroughly remove dust, oil stains and loose rust from the steel components. Then apply anti-rust paint. Only after the surface of the steel components is fully coated with anti-rust paint and dried can fireproof coating be sprayed.
3. For the first coat of spray, mix the adhesive, powder and water in proportion, then stir with a mixer for 5 to 10 minutes until evenly distributed before spraying. The thickness of the spray should be less than 2mm. After spraying, it needs to be completely dried for 2 to 3 days before the next coat can be applied.
4. For the second coat of spray, mix the adhesive, powder and water in proportion, then stir with a mixer for 5 to 10 minutes until evenly mixed. After that, spray. The thickness of the spray is preferably 6 to 8mm. The next coat of spray can only be carried out after it has dried for 48 hours.
