Product introduction
Outdoor intumescent fireproof coating for steel structures (water-based type) is generally applicable to purlins, steel beams and other parts in outdoor steel structure workshops. This type of coating is a one-component coating composed of high-strength special flame-retardant materials, high-efficiency flame retardants, foaming agents, etc. After being thoroughly mixed, it can be directly applied.
Product Features
1. The paint film has strong adhesion, good flexibility and excellent impact resistance.
2. The coating has excellent durability and fatigue resistance, without powdering, cracking, chipping or peeling, and adheres well to the steel structure.
3. It has excellent heat resistance, acid and alkali salt corrosion resistance, chemical atmosphere resistance, crack resistance and anti-permeability.
4. The coating is thin, the construction is simple and convenient, the adhesion is strong, the dosage is small, and the fire resistance time is long.
Scope of application
This product can be widely used for fire protection of indoor steel structures with high decorative requirements, such as industrial steel structure workshops, chemical plants, large ships, sports venues, airport terminals, petrochemical equipment, pipelines, high-rise buildings, etc.

Notes
1. This coating cannot be mixed with oil-based coatings in a wet state.
2. Construction workers should pay attention to protection. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.
3. This coating is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive and non-hazardous. It can be transported by all kinds of vehicles.
