Product introduction
Outdoor intumescent fireproof coating for steel structures (solvent-based) is a fireproof coating for steel structures developed and researched by our company using advanced technology. When exposed to fire, this coating expands and foams, forming a fire-resistant and heat-insulating layer, which prevents heat from rapidly transferring to the steel substrate.
Scope of application
Outdoor intumescent fireproof coating for steel structures (solvent-based) is suitable for fire protection of structural materials in stadiums, industrial plants, petroleum, chemical, general industrial, high-rise buildings, hotels, cultural and entertainment venues, as well as ancient buildings.

Notes
1. Painting work should be carried out on sunny days. Painting construction should not be conducted when it is raining or foggy.
2. During construction, the ambient temperature should be controlled between 5 and 38°C, and the relative humidity should be kept below 90%. After painting, it is strictly protected from rain or water within 24 hours. Work should not be carried out when the wind speed is greater than 5m/s, on rainy days, or when there is condensation on the surface of the component.
3. It is strictly prohibited to mix with other paints and coatings.
4. This product is a solvent-based one and contains volatile flammable solvents. The construction site must be well-ventilated, and open flames and on-site welding construction are strictly prohibited.
5. Please use necessary protective equipment during construction and avoid skin contact.
