Product introduction
The outdoor non-expanding fireproof coating for steel structures is a new type of fireproof coating for steel structures successfully developed by our company in accordance with the GB14907-2018 standard. This product is suitable for spraying on the surface of steel structures to form an insulating and fireproof layer, providing insulation protection during a fire. The outdoor non-expanding fireproof coating for steel structures mainly consists of inorganic insulating materials, is non-toxic and odorless, and is easy to apply It features convenience, strong adhesion of the coating, high mechanical strength and long fire resistance time.
Scope of application
Outdoor non-expansion type steel structure fireproof coating is suitable for fire protection of various outdoor load-bearing steel structures in high-rise buildings, petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, national defense, light industry and other industries.
Construction technology
1. Construction should be carried out after the steel structure project has been accepted as qualified, the pipe fittings connected to the steel structure have been installed, the roof waterproofing project has been completed, before the interior decoration, and under the condition that it will not be damaged by subsequent works.
2. Before the application of fireproof coating, the dust, oil stains, debris and other substances on the surface of the steel structure should be thoroughly cleaned for rust removal. Anti-rust primer should be applied. Only after the anti-rust paint is completely dry can the application of fireproof coating be carried out. During construction, walls, doors and Windows, mechanical equipment and other components that do not require fire protection should be covered and protected.
3. Spraying with a common funnel spray gun: Before construction, the coating should be thoroughly stirred to a uniform state. The thickness of each application should be 1-2mm. After the coating is dry, proceed to the next application.
4. After the coating is applied, it should be waterproof and protected from direct sunlight, pollution and mechanical damage. Any damage should be repaired.
5. During the construction process and before the coating dries and cures, the ambient temperature should be maintained at 3-36 ℃, with a relative humidity of no more than 90%. Good ventilation should be ensured on site.
