Product Introduction
The DB-A3-CD01 type fireproof block is a fireproof and fire-resistant material successfully developed by our company in accordance with the national standard GB23864-2009 (Fireproof Sealing Materials). The DB-A3-CD01 type fireproof block is shaped like a small pillow, and the outer layer is made of treated glass fiber cloth. The interior is filled with a mixture composed of inorganic non-combustible materials and special additives. This product is non-toxic, odorless, and non-corrosive. It is resistant to water, oil, moisture and heat, freeze-thaw cycles, and has good expansion properties. It is easy to install and can be disassembled and reused at will. When exposed to fire, the fireproof package expands to form a tight sealing layer, achieving fire prevention and heat insulation, effectively controlling the fire within a local area. When the sealing thickness reaches 200mm, The fire resistance limit can reach more than 180 minutes.
Application Scope
It is applicable to fireproof sealing in power, telecommunications, postal services, chemical industry, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings and underground projects, as well as sealing the holes formed when various penetrating objects, such as cables, oil pipes, air ducts, gas pipes, metal pipes, etc. pass through partition walls or floors. It can prevent the spread of flames and is particularly suitable for important parts where cables are frequently replaced.

Construction Method
1. Clean the holes as necessary and smoothly insert the fireproof package into the gap of the cable. When stacking fireproof blocks, they should be stacked in a crisscross pattern, densely and firmly, with no light on either side to be considered qualified.
2. When building a fireproof wall in a cable trench, the bottom of the fireproof wall should be supported with brick piers, and drainage holes should be left. At the same time, fireproof partitions should be fixed on both sides of the fireproof wall to prevent collapse.
3. The fireproof package is easy to install and construct, can be reused, and can also be used as a temporary isolation measure for fire sources at the construction site.
4. Fireproof bags are generally used in combination with flexible organic blocking materials and fireproof partitions. When the sealing thickness reaches more than 200mm, the fire resistance limit can reach more than 180 minutes.
Packaging, transportation and storage
1. The inner packaging of this product is polyethylene plastic bags, with fireproof cloth bags attached on the outside, and then packed in woven bags. Common specifications are 720 type, 400 type, and 250 type. Other specifications can be processed according to the user's requirements.
2. During transportation, this product should be kept away from hooking and rain, and stored in a cool and dry place.
3. The valid storage period of the product is one year.
