Product Introduction
The DR-A3-CD02 flexible organic sealant is a new type of product successfully developed by our company in accordance with the GB23864-2009 standard. It features a high fire resistance limit and low smoke emission. This product also has good plasticity, is resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion, and is convenient for construction and maintenance. It can be used in combination with other sealing materials (such as fireproof packs, etc.).
Application Scope
The DR-A3-CD02 type flexible organic sealant is suitable for sealing holes when wires, cables and other penetrating objects pass through walls in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, shipbuilding, metallurgy, power generation, post and telecommunications, to prevent the spread of flames from the holes to adjacent rooms in case of fire.

The specimen did not lose its heat insulation property. |
Construction Method
1. Take out the flexible organic blocking material and knead it into a ball. If the temperature is too low, you can heat the blocking material along with its packaging in warm water at 40-70 degrees Celsius before proceeding with the operation.
2. For the holes that need to be sealed, they must be cleaned thoroughly before sealing.
3. Evenly spread, embed and fill the sealing material into the holes and gaps. For larger holes, fireproof nets can be used as the framework first to increase the strength.
Packing and transportation
1. The DR-A3-CD02 type flexible organic sealant is packed in thick plastic bags with an additional packaging box. It is suitable for storage in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, and the temperature is preferably between 0 and 45°C.
2. This sealing material is a non-flammable, non-explosive, non-toxic, odorless and non-corrosive safe plastic solid substance. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and rain.
3. The valid storage period of the product is 6 months.
