Product Introduction
The DW-A1-CD03 type inorganic sealant is a new product successfully developed by our company in accordance with the national standard GB23864-2009 (Fireproof Sealing Materials). The DW-A1-C D03 type inorganic sealant is a uniform powder-like flame-retardant material, which is composed of high-temperature resistant inorganic materials, flame-retardant materials and fast-setting materials after screening and mixing. It features fire resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, non-toxicity, corrosion resistance, sensible heat resistance, and freeze-thaw cycle resistance. It is easy to apply. When mixed with a certain proportion of water, it can quickly solidify and form a solid fireproof and heat-insulating layer, thereby achieving the purpose of fire prevention, flame blocking, and preventing the spread of flames.
Application Scope
It is applicable to fireproof sealing in power, telecommunications, postal services, chemical industry, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings and underground projects, as well as various penetrating objects, such as cables, oil pipes, air ducts, gas pipes, metal pipes and other penetrating objects, when they pass through walls or partitions to form cavities, which can prevent the spread of flames. It is particularly suitable for smaller cable penetration holes, gaps, and other irregular holes that are not suitable for sealing with fireproof materials, as well as areas where cable replacement is frequent.

Fire resistance and heat insulation | At 1.00h, the maximum single-point temperature rise on the backfire side of the specimen was 13.2°C, the maximum surface temperature rise at the backfire end of the penetration object 25mm away from the sealing material was 29.2°C, and the maximum temperature rise at any point on the frame surface of the backfire side was 8.6° C. The specimen did not lose its heat insulation property. |
Construction Method
1. During construction, estimate the amount of sealing material to be used based on the size of the hole to be sealed. Then, put the sealing material into a container and add clear water according to the proportion given in the construction manual. Stir evenly to form a paste and use it immediately (the prepared slurry should be used up within 30 minutes). When the dosage is large, stir about 15 kilograms each time. When sealing larger holes, an appropriate amount of steel bars can be used to increase its strength. The thickness of the seal should be determined as needed, generally not less than 15cm.
2. To facilitate construction, use brackets and plates to separate the cable channels and remove impurities and oil stains from the surface of the cables.
3. After construction, any unused materials must be sealed and stored in a dry warehouse for no more than three months.
4. Special care should be taken during transportation and storage to avoid prolonged exposure to rain and sunlight. A storage temperature of 35°C to 45°C has no effect.
Packing and transportation
1. The inner packaging of this product is a polyethylene plastic bag, with an outer woven bag attached. Each bag weighs 25kg.
2. During transportation, this product should be kept away from hooking and rain, and stored in a cool and dry place.
3. The valid storage period of the product is 6 months.
