Product Introduction
The DC-A2-CD08 fireproof sealing board system is a new type of fireproof material independently developed by our company, which is odorless, halogen-free, and has strong weather resistance, smoke tightness and air tightness. It is widely applicable to the fireproof sealing of holes formed when wires, cables, metal pipes and other penetrating objects pass through partition walls or floors in nuclear power, power and telecommunications, metallurgy and petrochemical, industrial and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings. Due to its simple construction, it can reduce the number of workers during construction to lower costs, and is particularly suitable for important parts where cables are frequently replaced.

| Fire resistance and heat insulation | At 2.00 hours, the maximum single-point temperature rise on the backfire side of the specimen was 88.4° C. The maximum surface temperature rise at the backfire end of the penetration object 25mm away from the sealing material was 132.4° C. The maximum temperature rise at any point on the frame surface of the backfire side was 62.4° C. The specimen did not lose its heat insulation property. |
Usage method
1. Carefully mark the positions of the penetrating objects on the board, and use a knife and saw to cut the board into shapes as close as possible to the sizes of the holes and penetrating objects.
2. Apply the elastic fireproof sealant to the surface where the penetrating object will come into contact with the board.
3. Apply elastic fireproof sealant to the surfaces around the holes and the boards.
4. Push the cut board into the holes, making them flush with the surface of the base material, and apply elastic fireproof sealant to seal the edges.
5. Fill the missing gaps with mineral wool and then seal them with elastic fireproof sealant.
Application Scope
1. The crossing of single cables, cable bundles, cable trays and air ducts.
2. Blocking of large openings for the passage of flammable and non-flammable pipelines.
3. The valid storage period of the product is one year.
