The technical standard of this product complies with the technical indicators of the national standard GB 12441-2018.

Product Features

When exposed to fire, the decorative fireproof coating forms a uniform and dense sponge-like carbonaceous foam layer, which provides good protection for combustible substrates. The commonly used main film-forming substances include polypropylene resin, modified amino resin, melamine, ammonium polyphosphate, etc. Its features include strong adhesion, high impact resistance, water resistance, moisture-proof, mold-proof, insect-proof, no peeling phenomenon, and a long warranty period. It has relatively excellent performance and is suitable for use in relatively humid areas and corresponding parts. The coating has a good gloss, excellent decorative properties, stain resistance, outstanding adhesion, good film-forming performance, high hardness, good washability and good flame retardant effect.

Scope of application

Decorative fireproof coatings are suitable for general industrial, livestock, civil buildings, high-rise buildings, hotels, cultural and entertainment venues, structural materials of ancient buildings, fiberboard, particleboard, fiberglass plate products and other flammable materials, as well as cement walls, etc., to play a role in fire protection. After film formation, the decorative fireproof coating has stable coating performance and can be used in various climatic conditions. It is convenient to apply and can be sprayed or rolled, so it can be used all over the country.

Construction technology
1. The temperature should be above 5°C and rain should be avoided within 24 hours after construction.

2. The coating process can be spray coating or roller coating, and the coating should be uniform.

3. Before construction, the base layer (the material to be coated) must be cleaned thoroughly to remove dust, oil stains, loose paint and other impurities. The base layer should reach a naturally dry state.

4. Stir evenly with an electric hand-held mixer before applying. The stirring time should be no less than 50 seconds.

5. Do not add any additives for dilution before use.

6. Fire resistance time ≥60 minutes, coating three or more times to reach a thickness of 15mm, with a usage of 2.5-3.0kg/m²(including loss) for the first layer construction. The thickness should be within 0.3-0.5mm. After it dries naturally, the next layer can be applied. Each coat should be 0.5mm thick. There must be no missed areas on the painted surface.
