Product introduction
The tunnel fireproof coating developed by our company is mainly composed of inorganic fireproof and insulating materials. This coating has a low density, is porous, and has a low thermal conductivity, effectively enhancing the fire resistance limit of concrete structures and having a significant sound absorption effect. Under the RABT heating conditions and HC heating conditions, it can effectively block the spread of flames, providing reliable fire protection for the tunnel. It is mainly applicable to closed space places such as highway tunnels, railway tunnels, petrochemical projects, high-rise buildings, and underground garages.
Scope of application
It is mainly applicable to fire prevention in highway tunnels and railway tunnels, and also to the fire prevention needs of petrochemical projects, high-rise buildings, steel structures and underground garages.
Construction technology
1. The surface of the tunnel must be leveled, waterproofed, degreased and dust-removed to ensure the concrete structure surface is clean before construction can commence.
2. At the construction site, first mix the paint and water in proportion, and then stir thoroughly with an electric mixer until there are no lumps. It can be used after stirring for about 15 to 20 minutes. During the construction stirring process, follow the principle of stirring only as much as needed. Do not stir too much, otherwise the adhesion may be reduced due to partial setting.
3. The coating thickness should reach 24mm, with a fire resistance time of no less than 2 hours, and be sprayed 3 to 4 times. The first coat should not exceed 3mm. It must be completely dry before spraying the second coat. The second coat can be 6-7mm. After it is dry, proceed to the next coat and continue spraying until the corresponding designed thickness is reached.
