Product introduction
Gypsum-based fireproof coating is a powder composed of gypsum as the main base material and inorganic lightweight insulating and fiber materials. Compared with cement-based fireproof coatings, gypsum-based coatings are environmentally friendly and green, with low-carbon and energy-saving raw materials, light weight and low density. Meanwhile, it has strong adhesive force, good deformation ability and excellent fire resistance. The finished product is not prone to cracking and falling off during the cracking period, breaking through the bottleneck of cement-based layer and track construction, and can achieve one-time spraying construction and shaping.
Scope of application
It is applicable to indoor steel components such as steel columns, steel beams, joists, trusses, grid structures, steel stairs, profiled steel sheets and prefabricated concrete components that are resistant to wear or damage. It is also applicable to transportation hub stations, exhibition centers, stairwells, light production areas and facilities, equipment rooms, etc.

Transportation and storage
1. Transportation: (Gypsum-based) indoor non-expanding steel structure fireproof coating is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, and non-hazardous. It can be transported by all kinds of means of transportation.
2. Storage: Store at 5-35°C, protected from rain, direct sunlight and moisture. It should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated indoor area.
3. The valid storage period of this product is 6 months.
